Number One Goal for DECA:
My goal is to increase member engagement and increase their takeaway by ensuring their input is heard and introducing more useful programs for both current and future DECA members. By actively involving members in various activities, listening to their feedback, and tailoring programs to their needs and interests, we can create a more dynamic and responsive DECA experience that enhances participation and growth.

A Bit About Me
Hello Arizona DECA! My name is Ava Wright. I feel honored to serve you all as a state officer. I look forward to meeting you all personally this coming year. I am a student at Mountain View High School. This will be my 3rd year participating DECA. Outside of school and DECA I am a competitive dancer and varsity pom member at my high school. I enjoy singing, playing the ukulele, and spending time with friends. Once my DECA experience comes to an end I plan on joining a dance team in college (TBD where) and studying business and marketing. I'm so excited for all of the big things coming this year and can't wait to help all of the members BE THE ONE.
