My main goal is to support emerging leaders by enhancing member engagement and providing robust professional development opportunities. This includes supporting leadership initiatives through clear communication with chapter advisors and leaders, and ensuring officers receive the training, support, and resources needed for effective management. I want to develop a comprehensive Chapter Officer Guide, offering vital information on Arizona DECA, event planning, leadership best practices, and competition preparation.

Hello, Arizona DECA! I am Loren Arcel Villaruel from Maricopa High School. I was born and raised in one of the 7,641 islands of the Philippine archipelago, and moved to the US in 2022. My DECA journey began as a sophomore, and I have since dedicated myself to giving back to the organization that has opened so many opportunities for me. I aspire to inspire my fellow youth to work with dedication and make a collective impact. This year, as I serve our organization, I aim to leave a legacy that continues to empower members to Be The One.
